As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Within Google Global Infrastructure this team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Google's global layer-1 physical network infrastructure, serving as the critical bridge between network planning/acquisition and capacity activation. Secures and delivers the physical fiber and transport capacity required to grow and maintain Google's Network Backbone. Manages the acquisition lifecycle, delivery, and disconnection of layer-1 assets, including leased waves, dark fiber, bulk fiber, and IP out-of-band circuits.
