Job Description

Position Summary Coordinate and monitor enterprise projects from initiation through delivery. Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all targets and requirements are met. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Cross-functional coordination:
Managing dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, coordinating milestones and deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across all areas of the enterprise initiative.
Risk management:
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to minimize project impact.
Stakeholder communication:
Regularly updating senior leadership, key stakeholders, and other teams on program progress, challenges, and key decisions.
Performance monitoring:
Tracking project metrics (schedule adherence, budget variance, quality), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary adjustments.
Skills:
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.) Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, etc.)
Requirements Education:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
Experience:
0-2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
0-2+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, operational, and analytical skills.
