Infrastructure & Cloud Technical Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & Cloud) to lead and coordinate infrastructure and platform operations while serving as the primary communication bridge between the customer and the engineering team. This role requires strong project management capabilities combined with foundational knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and DevOps environments. The PM will oversee platform/system operations engineers, manage project timelines, and ensure stable operations and service delivery aligned with customer expectations. This position requires on-site presence to facilitate close collaboration with both customer stakeholders and engineering teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and platform-related projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate operational activities, deployments, upgrades, and service improvements
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure operational stability and service availability targets are met
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and service dashboards Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the engineering team
• Communicate project progress, incidents, risks, and resolution plans
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Coordination
• Oversee daily operations of platform and system operations engineers
• Coordinate activities related to Linux system operations, deployments, monitoring
• Ensure proper execution of application deployments and infrastructure changes
• Support coordination for Kubernetes/Docker platform operations and upgrades Qualifications Several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technical project Experience technical infrastructure or cloud-related projects Strong understanding of Linux system operations and platform environments Experience working with container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Excellent communication skills for managing customer and technical stakeholders Project management, documentation, and risk management skills Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams in an on-site working environment Preferred Skills Understanding with cloud platforms .

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) Understanding with monitoring and observability platforms DevOps or SRE collaboration experience Work Environment
