Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you'll lead transformative technology projects and drive impactful results. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and deliver solutions that align with strategic business goals. Responsibilities Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource needs while managing financial aspects effectively. Identify and address project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Facilitate communication between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic alignment. Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, results-driven environment. Enhance project management methodologies and best practices within the organization. Skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in IT project management. Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects with budgets over $1M. Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Preferred Skills Certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster. Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
