Inc. seeks Service Delivery Project Manager in Kennesaw, GA.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Utilize knowledge of Warehouse control systems. Generate and provide monthly reports and analytics data for the customer that summarize all incidents, changes, trends, etc. as well as service desk efficiency. Coordinate problem-free implementation of upgrades & expansions. Aid in fine tuning the system for optimal performance that suits the customer s needs. Conducting monthly conference calls with the customer and IT departments to ensure proper operations and assist in finding solutions and coordinating further measures for existing problems. Serve as direct contact for IT-related issues overseeing quality of the IT infrastructure as provided by Knapp and the IT services.
WHAT YOU HAVE
Must have 2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or IT support, including experience with database level
SQL, SAP
- C4S, and knowledge of C++ & Java.
Working Conditions and Environment:
Travel (15%) to U.S. client sites required as assigned by employer; less than 5% int l. travel.
