Job Description

Slip Robotics is a B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots — SlipBots and SlipLifts — at warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America. Our customers are some of the largest shippers and 3PLs in the industry, and we're scaling fast. We build the robots, we deploy them, and we keep them running. The Launch Planner owns the launch timeline end to end for every active launch site, tracking and coordinating status across all in-process projects simultaneously. Interfaces with customers to ensure accurate and timely information transfer. Drives cross-functional follow-up to keep every launch on schedule from kickoff to go-live, and builds the tools and processes that let status tracking and reporting scale as launch volume grows.
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the master launch timeline for every active launch site, tracking and coordinating status updates across all in-process projects simultaneously Drive cross-functional coordination and follow-up across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Account Management and customer teams to ensure timelines stay accurate and on pace Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across all active launches; escalate slippage early Run recurring status reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and the customer Maintain a single source of truth for launch status across all active sites Design and build new tools and ways of working to automate the status update and reporting process, reducing manual tracking overhead as launch volume scales Continuously evaluate and improve launch tracking processes as the team and launch volume grow Report timeline health and forecast to leadership Requirements 2-5+ years in technical or customer-facing program management, ideally hardware or robotics deployments Strong scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills Comfortable managing multiple concurrent site timelines PMP or equivalent project management credential Experience building or implementing process tooling or automation, such as project management platforms, dashboards, or workflow automation Benefits Competitive salary and equity in an early-stage robotics company Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision Permissive time off policy Slip Robotics is an equal opportunity employer.
