Job Description
Analyze, resolve, document, and communicate outcomes for assigned incidents and service requests using the approved ITSM tool and intake channels.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution Work with selected vendor to manage and hold accountable to the project plan: scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, and work breakdown Coordinate requirements gathering, software customization, testing, and deployment phases Ensures the selected vendor completes project documentation including, but not limited to, status reports, risk logs, issue logs and effective management of the state's SharePoint site. Stakeholder Management Engage with cross-functional teams: business analysts, registry staff, IT, legal, compliance and external stakeholders Facilitate requirements, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder updates Manage expectations and bring escalations to the Chief. Budget & Resource Management Quality Assurance & Testing Work with the vendor to define and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) Ensure data integrity, system performance, security compliance, and regulatory adherence Training & Roll-out Go-Live & Post Implementation Support Ensure Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business, or related field 5+ years' project management experience, ideally in software implementations for public records, registry, or healthcare systems PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proven experience with ALM tool sets Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and database technologies Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams Experience with training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business, or related field
Pay:
$62.00 - $65.00 per hour
