Primary Purpose
The Senior Project Manager drives the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives to enable enterprise-wide outcomes. This role partners with initiative owners, business leaders, and execution teams to ensure project structures, milestones, risks, and interdependencies are proactively managed and transparently reported. Through disciplined execution practices and stakeholder alignment, the Senior Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with sustained impact.
Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple strategic initiatives
- Monitor and manage project milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring visibility and timely escalation to senior stakeholders
- Apply standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks to drive consistency, governance alignment, and disciplined execution across initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of centralized documentation, including status reports, decision logs, risk registers, and project health indicators
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning agendas, capturing outcomes, and following up on critical actions.
- Partner with program and portfolio leaders to align initiative progress with enterprise reporting and governance expectations
- Prepare and deliver updates, dashboards, and summaries for senior leaders and project governance forums
- Manage consulting partners and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to
