DUTIES:

Develop and manage project plans, oversee all daily project activities; Ensure on-schedule and on-budget completion; Act as primary liaison between clients, internal leadership, and project resources; Coordinate all project needs; Analyze and forecast project skill requirements; Plan and execute all project tasks; Refine project management best practices and strategies; Work with a global team \n Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, oversee all daily project activities Ensure on-schedule and on-budget completion Act as primary liaison between clients, internal leadership, and project resources Coordinate all project needs Analyze and forecast project skill requirements Plan and execute all project tasks Refine project management best practices and strategies to drive results for a global team Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or similar 5 years' experience in Project management in IT field SAFe 5 Scrum Master Certification Experience with software development life-cycle in enterprise project management roles Experience in M365 projects and web development Ability to prioritize and pivot to changing roles Willingness to mentor new team members \n About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation for this full-time position is $133,182 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also consider prior experience, relevant skills, education, training, certifications, and other job-related qualifications.
