LP Job Summary:

Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise technology implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live stabilization. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle including planning, requirements gathering, testing coordination, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, and operational transition. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience driving complex technical projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases. Create and maintain integrated project plans, risk logs, status reports, and executive dashboards. Lead stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and cross-functional project coordination. Facilitate requirements gathering and partner with technical teams to ensure solution alignment. Drive UAT coordination, defect tracking, issue resolution, and go-live authorization activities. Coordinate cutover planning, rollback procedures, data migration validation, and hypercare support. Manage vendors and third-party partners while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Ensure documentation, training, and adoption readiness are completed before deployment.

Must-Have Skills:

5-8 years of hands-on Project Management experience leading end-to-end technology implementations. Proven experience managing full implementation lifecycles from requirements through go-live. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills. Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, testing cycles, and deployment activities. Expertise with PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, or equivalent. Strong leadership skills with ability to take initiative and drive cross-functional alignment. PMP certification (or pursuing

PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP

equivalent).

Industry Experience:

Enterprise technology, SaaS, ITSM, software implementation, or digital transformation experience within large-scale corporate environments is highly preferred.
