Summary Senior Program Manager Technology Implementations > Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise technology implementations from requirements through go-live and post-launch stabilization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully adopted by business teams. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead full project lifecycle: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and stabilization Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies Track milestones, risks, and issues; adjust plans proactively Requirements & Execution Facilitate requirements gathering and translate into actionable scope Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs Manage scope changes through formal change control processes Testing & Go-Live Oversee test strategy (UAT, integration, regression) and defect resolution Drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and deployment Lead post-launch hypercare and stabilization Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as primary point of contact for business, IT, and external vendors Lead status meetings, executive updates, and steering committees Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and quality Required Qualifications 10 years of project/program management experience in technology implementations Proven experience managing end-to-end system deployments Strong background in UAT coordination, defect management, and go-live execution Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills PMP (or equivalent) preferred Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM, HCM) Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms Experience managing vendors/system integrators Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models Exposure to ITIL or change management practices Key Deliverables Project plans, status reports, and executive dashboards Risk/issue logs and change control documentation Test plans, UAT sign-off, and go-live readiness Post-implementation review and operational handoff Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools ("AI") that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
