Job Description

Experienced ServiceNow resource with expertise in ServiceNow Development, Enterprise Service Management Convergence , DevOps practices, release management, and quality assurance. Strong experience leading engineering delivery and testing for ServiceNow ESM convergence initiatives, ensuring high-quality and predictable development through disciplined DevOps processes, secure release management, and adherence to platform standards. Skilled in defining and enforcing DevOps standards including environment strategy management, development, test and production parity, update set management, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release governance, rollback strategies, and configuration management. Experienced in partnering with development teams to deliver secure, compliant, reusable, and repeatable releases across ServiceNow Golden Instances.
Core Competencies Platform Governance:
Strong knowledge of coding standards, configuration management, testing standards, OOTB-first principles, code reviews, reusable framework implementation, and platform governance.
Quality Assurance:
Expertise in defining and managing end-to-end testing strategies including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, upgrade testing, go-live validation, defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk reporting.
Automation:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and functional automation testing, CI/CD integration, release validation, and deployment quality assurance.
Leadership & Methodology:
Skilled in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, quality metrics reporting, release readiness assessments, and collaboration with development, architecture, and DevOps teams. Technical Skills Strong analytical, leadership, communication, troubleshooting, governance, multitasking, and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to drive scalable ServiceNow platform delivery and ensure high-quality enterprise-wide implementations.
