• Genpact LLC seeks Technology Transformation (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to lead and manage development and testing activities in ITE, Dev, and QA environments for SaaS product implementations on AWS Cloud, ERP systems, and data migration, ensuring adherence to high technical standards before production deployment.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of cross-functional processes, core operations, and Tier 1 IT programs. Troubleshoot complex technical issues with a team of process engineers, technical architects, data leads, analysts, and consultants. Oversee compliance processes for wireframes, mockups, and schema documentation. Manage the transition from project delivery to hypercare to ensure a smooth handover to support teams. Monitor people, process, and technology aspects of service delivery. Identify and prioritize opportunities to align with business objectives and improve efficiency. Assess and enhance processes to optimize service delivery and address potential issues. Review and optimize systems and tools, such as ERP systems (SAP, Amazon Web Services (AWS)), Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Agile project management tools (Atlassian Jira, Confluence), to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop program approaches and strategic organizational documents. Create communication plans to ensure stakeholders informed of program updates. Ensure alignment of program goals with broader organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Education

• Position requires a Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $55,786 to $58,575 per year.
