Get-It-Done Project Manager

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Project Manager who can lead jobs, solve problems fast, manage subcontractors, communicate with clients, and keep projects moving without constant supervision. This is for someone who is organized, accountable, resourceful, and strong in the field. You must be able to take control, think ahead, handle pressure, and maintain a high level of service and execution. Responsibilities Manage projects from start to finish Visit job sites and monitor progress, quality, and safety Communicate with clients and subcontractors Keep schedules, tasks, and project updates organized Manage change orders and approvals Guide clients through selections and upgrades Track payments, paperwork, and project documentation Help ensure inspections and code requirements stay on track Solve problems quickly and keep jobs moving What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Leadership and field presence Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving ability Able to manage multiple moving parts Self-driven and dependable Construction or remodeling project management experience preferred How to Apply To be considered, submit a 2.5-3 minute video answering these questions: 1.
