Job Description

Pay ranges between 65-75/hr based on experience Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This role ensures effective coordination of technical and business resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to achieve project objectives. The IT Project Manager defines project goals, manages risks, and maintains quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations Establish clear success criteria and communicate them consistently throughout the project lifecycle Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools (ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, etc..). Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues proactively Communicate project expectations, scope, and technical requirements clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management policies Contribute to implementation and training plans to support successful project delivery Conduct project post-implementation reviews (Lessons Learned) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deliverables Prepare and deliver accurate, timely project status reports to support decision-making by leadership and stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience managing multiple small, medium and large-scale IT projects, including system upgrades Hands-on experience working with technical teams preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow SPM Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple IT and business teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills across all organizational levels Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or working in a validated (regulated) environment preferred Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field required Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, including full project lifecycle delivery and process execution
