This is a hands-on testing role within a complex transformation environment involving 171 integrations and cross-functional business processes. The successful candidate will support end-to-end testing activities across key SAP workstreams, working closely with programme leadership, system integrators, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore delivery teams. This role requires strong SAP testing experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment with high scenario volumes and tight timelines. Execute testing activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme Design, review, and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and test evidence Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP and integrated systems Log, track, and retest defects through to resolution Work within Q-Test or similar test management tools to manage test cases and execution progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, programme managers, vendors, and system integrators Support defect triage discussions and help prioritise issues impacting programme delivery Ensure test coverage across both SAP Fiori and traditional SAP transaction-based processes where relevant Coordinate effectively with offshore and onshore teams to maintain testing progress and quality Contribute to test data preparation and support execution readiness across multiple workstreams Skills Proven experience as an SAP Tester on large SAP implementation or transformation programmes Strong experience supporting SIT and UAT Ability to write and execute detailed end-to-end test scenarios Experience working across integrated SAP environments with multiple interfacing systems Familiarity with defect management and test lifecycle processes Experience using Q-Test or similar testing tools Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving testing environment If you are passionate about ensuring high-quality SAP solutions through rigorous testing practices and automation excellence, we encourage you to apply today.
