(Hybird-Tuesday, Wed, Thurs in office) The TAO Strategy & Transformation team is seeking an experienced Change Management Contractor to support a high-priority transformation initiative. This role will focus on developing and executing stakeholder communications and managing the change management plan to drive adoption and minimize disruption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Communications Draft, edit, and manage a library of change communications (emails, talking points, FAQs, leadership messages, town hall content) Tailor messaging to multiple stakeholder audiences across levels and functions Maintain consistent tone, cadence, and narrative alignment throughout the program lifecycle Change Management Planning Develop and maintain an integrated change management plan aligned to project milestones Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness analyses Track change activities, risks, and issues; escalate blockers proactively Build and manage a stakeholder engagement tracker Execution & Coordination Partner closely with the Head of LOOP, Director of Strategy & Transformation and workstream leads Support change champion network activation and sustainment Required Qualifications 5+ years of change management experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or healthcare Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality executive communications Experience with structured change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) Strong project management skills — can build and own a plan independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with project tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
