The Senior Technology Program Manager (STPM) is a technical role providing support to the Service Management Directors (SMDs), primary focussed on post sale operational technical projects for our largest global strategic accounts.

Operating and collaborating cross functionally to deliver impact and outcomes for our top customers in targeted areas of priority, the STPM works in close partnership with the Data Center teams, vendors, the SMDs, and customers.

ResponsibilitiesLead on prioritised programs of work e.g. customer SPOF initiatives and high-risk technical audit findings, partnering with applicable Data Center teams and vendors to drive feasibility and solutioning lifecycle (technical feasibility, solution and design, vendor quotes, hand-off to Data Center to schedule & execute)Act as the primary point of contact for such programs, leveraging necessary resources and engaging vendors to drive required progress and outcomes for remediation and/or mitigationAs a trusted technical resource and subject matter expert for strategic customers with extensive technical knowledge, the individual must be able to understand the customer requirements and balance those against operational cost, risk, scalability, and impact to other customers, as applicableSupport Data Center teams in handling complex or challenging technical demands, requests and/or queries from the customer.

QualificationsEngineering Bachelor's Degree or extensive job experience in the data center industry with solid working knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical systemsTechnical project management experience and ability to breakdown complex technical challengesThorough understanding of datacentre operations and industry best practicesStrong relationship building and collaboration skills with internal and external staffAbility to deliver credible outcomes that build trust and confidenceExperience working with vendors to deliver feasibility assessments, technical solutions and quotesExcellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facingSome business travel and after-hours supportHighly motivated, self-starter who can thrive independently or in a team environmentRésumé du poste De nature technique, le rôle de gestionnaire principal, Programme technologique (STPM) est appelé à soutenir les responsables de gestion des services (SMD).
