Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of the HR system integration project, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, and go?live support. Partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and risk logs. Facilitate cross?functional meetings, daily/weekly check?ins, and milestone reviews. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables, integrations, and data mappings meet Galen's requirements. Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities between legacy systems and the new GHR platform. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards throughout the project. Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate UAT, training, documentation, and change?management activities. Conduct post?implementation reviews and ensure smooth transition to operational support teams. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise system implementations. Strong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, compliance). Experience managing system integrations, data mapping, and cross?platform workflows. Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Excellent communication skills with both technical and non?technical stakeholders. Strong vendor?management experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GHR, Talege, Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification. Experience in higher education, healthcare, or regulated environments. Background in data migration, HR reporting, or HR analytics.
