In this role, you will lead complex technology initiatives that support the systems, applications, and infrastructure behind exceptional patient care across our health system. You'll partner with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors to deliver strategic projects ranging from Epic-related initiatives and enterprise application implementations to system integrations and infrastructure deployments. Your leadership will help ensure projects are successfully executed while balancing priorities, managing risks, and driving meaningful outcomes for patients, providers, and staff. What You'll Do Lead complex healthcare technology initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition Manage projects involving Epic integrations, enterprise applications, infrastructure deployments, and technology modernization efforts Partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to align project goals and organizational priorities Develop project plans, timelines, resource strategies, budgets, and governance structures Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of large-scale initiatives Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes Monitor project performance and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners Support portfolio planning, project intake, prioritization, and strategic technology roadmaps Ensure projects adhere to established project management standards, methodologies, and best practices Mentor and support project managers while contributing to the continued growth and maturity of project management capabilities across the organization Drive accountability and alignment among project teams to achieve desired business and operational outcomes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Seven or more years of experience leading complex IT projects within healthcare or enterprise environments Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously Experience supporting healthcare technology ecosystems, including Epic or other electronic medical record platforms preferred Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement Experience working with technology vendors and consulting partners during implementation projects Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms preferred
