We are seeking a Bilingual IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position based in Kansas City, Kansas. This role offers the opportunity to lead infrastructure-related initiatives in a complex enterprise environment, working closely with customer leadership teams, cross-functional project staff, and Japan-based resources. Responsibilities Overall project leadership and execution of infrastructure initiatives Issue and risk management, including proactive identification and mitigation Customer and stakeholder management across multiple teams and organizational levels Executive-level reporting and communication Escalation management and problem resolution Coordination between customer teams, project teams, and Japan-based resources Driving project outcomes and ensuring successful delivery in enterprise environments Qualifications Required Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience presenting and reporting to executive management Ability to lead projects in complex enterprise environments Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in network infrastructure Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in security and firewall technologies Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in on-premises infrastructure Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in operating systems Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in middleware Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience in data center infrastructure Business-level English proficiency Preferred Experience working within Japanese business environments and Japanese-style project governance Ability to operate effectively in a consensus-driven stakeholder environment Experience leading infrastructure transformation or large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects
