40.0 Overview System One is looking for an IT Project Manager to work onsite in Louisville, KY for a long term contract. Responsibilities- Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
- Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Focuses on IT Projects and initiatives, working closely with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams to design and build a new environment supporting AI initiatives. Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. PMP required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project planning, judgment, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in managing IT projects involving cross-functional teams.
