Decision Engine Lead Objetivo del puesto Buscamos un perfil técnico-analítico para liderar la configuración, mantenimiento y optimización de nuestro Motor de Decisiones. Serás el puente entre el equipo de Políticas de Riesgo crediticio y la infraestructura tecnológica de automatización, asegurando que los distintos casos de uso ejecuten con precisión, escalabilidad y en tiempo real. Perfil Requerido (Requisitos) Educación y Experiencia Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en áreas de Riesgo Crediticio, Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) o arquitectura de soluciones bancarias o Fintech. Trabajo en estrecha relación con equipos multidisciplinarios (producto, áreas técnicas, marketing, etc.) Conocimientos Técnicos (Hard Skills)

Entorno AWS :

Conocimiento sólido en servicios integrados (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch). Motores de

Reglas :

Experiencia con herramientas como Provenir, FICO Blaze Advisor, InRule, Drools o desarrollos propios sobre arquitecturas serverless.

Lenguajes :

Manejo de Python o Node.js para la creación de scripts y lógica de decisión. Bases de

Datos :

Consultas SQL y manejo de bases NoSQL (DynamoDB).

APIs :

Comprensión profunda de integraciones

REST/JSON.

Competencias (Soft Skills)

• Pensamiento Lógico : Capacidad para estructurar problemas complejos en reglas binarias o secuenciales.
• Atención al detalle : Un error en el motor puede significar pérdidas financieras críticas.
• Comunicación efectiva : Capacidad para hablar tanto el lenguaje de "negocio/riesgo" como el de "IT". Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes
• Implementación de Políticas : Traducir las estrategias de riesgo (árboles de decisión, scorecards y reglas de negocio) en flujos lógicos dentro del motor de decisiones.
• Gestión de la infraestructura : Configurar y administrar los servicios en la nube y/o infraestructura local que dan soporte al motor (ej. Lambda, Step Functions, bases de datos, scripts o soluciones específicas del motor de decisiones) que corren tanto en real time, como en batch.
• Programación de Casos de

Uso :

Desarrollar y testear los flujos para diferentes productos financieros (préstamos personales, campañas de comunicación, segmentaciones, etc.) y etapas del ciclo de vida del cliente.

• Integración de

Datos:

Colaborar con el equipo de Ingeniería de Datos para conectar fuentes internas y externas (Bureaus de crédito, validaciones de identidad) al motor.

• Monitoreo y

QA :

Realizar pruebas de estrés y simulaciones (champion-challenger) para garantizar que los cambios en las reglas no afecten negativamente la operación.

• Optimización

Continua :

Identificar cuellos de botella técnicos en el proceso de calificación para reducir los tiempos de respuesta (latencia).

• Habilidades para coordinar las tareas área: Liderar y organizar la hoja de ruta (roadmap) de implementación de reglas, priorizando los requerimientos de las áreas de Negocio y Riesgos para asegurar entregas en tiempo y forma.
