Technical Program Manager (Java, Cloud and AI)
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week) Technical program manager with Java, Cloud skill set with experience in leading programs interacting with Internal and external stakeholders, exp in handling teams and scheduled Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale software programs involving Java and Cloud platforms Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and manage risks proactively Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and tracking delivery metrics Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans Ensure alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and scalability of systems Manage dependencies across teams and ensure timely release of features Drive continuous improvement in engineering and delivery processes
