Kozera, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction materials testing and observation projects and support the continued growth of our team. This role is centered on delivering high-quality work, building strong client relationships, and guiding field staff through day-to-day project execution. It is a good fit for someone who values both technical excellence and team development. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate field staff, and maintain visibility into project scope, schedule, and budget. Your work will include managing testing and observation efforts related to concrete, earthwork, and deep foundation construction, while keeping projects organized, responsive, and aligned with client expectations. Team Support and Development At DWK, we place a strong emphasis on supporting our people. In this role, you will work closely with field technicians and junior staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and practical training in real time. You will help reinforce consistent field practices, support professional growth, and contribute to a team environment where individuals feel confident in their work. Quality and Continuous Improvement You will play an active role in strengthening our quality processes and supporting consistent project delivery across the team.
This includes:
Promoting clear, consistent field documentation and reporting standards Supporting QA/QC efforts and participating in internal reviews Monitoring quality metrics such as report accuracy and turnaround time Assisting with training materials and identifying opportunities for improvement What We Value We are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful, steady approach to their work. $80,000 to $100,000 annuallyResponsibilities:
Lead construction materials testing and observation projects, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project Develop project budgets and monitor financial performance, addressing variances in coordination with management Coordinate field staff, schedules, and equipment to support efficient project execution Review field reports, logs, and documentation to maintain clarity and technical accuracy Prepare proposals, change orders, and draft invoices Participate in project meetings and work collaboratively to address challenges as they ariseQualifications:
Must Have:
5+ years of Getoechnical Testing Observation Experience Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in Engineering or Construction Time management Decision-making abilities Strong communication abilities Leadership experience About Company D.W.
