Technical Project Manager

Job Description Senior Project / Program Manager We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day IT project operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end project and product delivery, including governance, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager leads agile teams, coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensures adherence to SDLC and PMBOK standards, and drives delivery of complex, integrated systems with long-term value beyond the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, technical familiarity with financial, timekeeping, and mainframe-based systems, and experience managing system integrations, data migration, change management, and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in a related field, PMP certification, 10+ years of project management experience, and proven success leading complex IT projects with organizational change management using agile and PMBOK methodologies.
