Day to day activities

• Manage multiple competing cross-functional IT projects simultaneously.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project tasks, resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plan as well as monthly reports and overall KPIs for Technical Projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements, set priorities, define project schedules, manage project resources (both internal and external) and facilitate sprint planning (where applicable).
• Ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards in deployed solutions and track exceptions for follow up.
• Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability, both inside and outside of the IT department. Desired skills
• 6+ years of IT experience, with a focus on Business Process Management and Project/Program Management in a corporate IT environment.
• Successfully led the delivery of multiple complex IT solutions into production, including hardware and software projects.
• Experience with healthcare IT projects and/or government level projects

IA Technical Certification:

Not Required

• PMI/PMP or equivalent as approved by the government COR
• ITIL 4 foundation
