VDI Technical Manager Bethesda, MD Pay From:

$110,000 per year

MUST:

Experienced VDI Technical Manager 7+ years progressive experience leading technical team working in a federal government technical operation chartered with large scale, multi-faceted IT development and support. 5+ years experience in leading or managing VDI implementations and/ or environments Excellent technical skills related to IT service delivery including Change Management, trouble shooting, security and network issues. Must be able to generate timely detailed reporting on program status, issues identified and potential solutions via written, visual aids, presentations etc. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook), Adobe, MS Teams, Google meet, Remedy/ServiceNow. Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or any IT related field

DUTIES:

Responsible for the execution of the concept of operations. Establishing and building strong customer and industry relationships. Leading the collaboration necessary across teams, broader organizations and subcontractors to ensure program success. Developing/executing corrective action plans to mitigate internal or customer identified issues. Delivering effective control systems and reporting for accurately processing change and controlling in-scope performance of program functional task elements such as operations, Dev Ops, engineering, test, procurement, quality control, logistics, safety security, and administrative functions. Working closely with and building relationships with the customer community. Experience with the program management of a large Enterprise IT Service Delivery program.
