Lead Responsibilities:
Assessment and project management of DairyProX semi-automated farms/dealerships Installation, commissioning, and startup of DairyProX semi-automated farms Ensure DairyProX requirements are completed on farm before installation Training on DairyProX operation on farm Support DairyProX hardware and software to ensure success in the market Ability to assess whole farm system to determine how to best optimize the hardware, software, maintenance, and routines to support dealers and customers Support regional team as an expert on the above topics Manage the process for on-farm work to ensure proper installation, commissioning, and startup of systems Your Profile / Qualifications Troubleshooting competency, but not limited to: Multimeter testing of electrical circuits CAN_BUS, RS-485, and ethernet Pneumatic circuits Electronic logic both PCB and PLC Proficient with all diagnostic tools and applications related to GEA Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Other duties as assigned. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $38- $45 per hour.
