Job Description

Project Manager (Non IT) Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex new product and industrial equipment development initiatives, ensuring alignment with development, systems engineering, and requirements engineering processes as a part of the Development Engineering Team at a large industrial manufacturing company. This individual will be responsible for developing and driving integrated project plans that clearly define scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will direct execution in highly ambiguous environments, balancing technical complexity, shifting priorities, and business objectives to maintain forward momentum. They will partner closely with engineering, operations, product management, commercial teams, and external stakeholders, while serving as the primary interface to drive alignment and communicate both technical and business updates to appropriate audiences. Additionally, this role will proactively identify risks across technical, operational, schedule, and organizational areas, leading mitigation strategies throughout the new product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also manage team capacity, navigate resource constraints, and make prioritization tradeoff decisions across competing initiatives, while leveraging advanced project management and systems engineering practices to successfully deliver complex industrial product solutions from concept through launch.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
