Technical Project Manager

The Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a key leader, steering large and complex projects from concept to completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, interfacing with a diverse group of end-users, stakeholders, and project sponsors. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and exceptional leadership to navigate the complexities of government contracting and project execution.

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Analyze intricate project-related challenges and devise innovative solutions that address finance, scheduling, and technology. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocation, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates on project tracking and analysis. Oversee all aspects of project development and implementation, from initial concept to final delivery. Generate and manage all acquisition documentation required for government contracting. Ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards and review all project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and meticulously track and review their deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to a dedicated project team.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be substituted for education. A current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. A minimum of four years of experience in technical project management, project integration, or telecommunications management, including direct supervision of technical teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 and 2019), particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data manipulation and creating executive-level reports and presentations. Demonstrated experience with MS SharePoint (4 years), Confluence, and JIRA for project management. A solid understanding of government acquisition processes and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Highly Preferred Qualifications:
