Service Delivery Lead

Lead technical design and solution implementation for projects
Provide hands on guidance and code reviews to development teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and coding standards
Resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Mentor team members and promote best practices
Coordinate with architects, DevOps, and QA teams
Review and approve technical deliverables
Support estimation, planning, and risk identification
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of solutions
Communicate technical status to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with cross functional and offshore teams
Track progress and report status to stakeholders
Manage client communications and expectations
Ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate project governance, reviews, and meetings
Manage change requests and scope control
Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Support transition to operations and project closure Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
