Job Description SummaryThe DT Site Leader is responsible for leading all Digital Technology (DT) activities at the Bangor manufacturing site. This role owns the site digital strategy, execution roadmap, and day-to-day DT operations while acting as the primary interface between site leadership and global DT teams.
The role partners closely with plant leadership and global DT stakeholders to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business outcomes through deployment of standardized DT solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

YesFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $103,900.00 and $173,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
