Track scope changes and manage change control processes to prevent scope creep. Manage program-level CRAID (Change Requests, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) logs. Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change management processes. Facilitate lessons learned and support the transition to steady-state operations and support. Agile Delivery & JIRA Management Manage Epics, Sub-Epics, and Features for the Product Group within JIRA. Own and administer JIRA boards for all project activities, including: Creating and maintaining epics, user stories, tasks, and subtasks. Managing backlogs and sprint planning. Configuring workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and automation. Developing JQL queries and reporting capabilities. Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, JIRA standards, and reporting templates across the SAP organization. Prepare Product Teams for Program Increment (PI) planning events. Consolidate Product Line iteration reviews into Product Group iteration reviews and retrospectives. Program Increment (PI) Planning & Release Management Support System of Delivery (SoD) quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning and facilitation, including logistics, breakout sessions, presentations, and workshops. Support the collection and review of metrics for major releases, Release on Demand activities, production releases, and problem incident tracking. Coordinate and ensure Product Teams remain focused on scope, timelines, release management, and overall delivery progress. Support Foundational Product Teams by coordinating release activities such as: Cutover planning Testing cycles Training programs Data readiness activities Remove blockers and impediments by ensuring issues are elevated to the appropriate governance forums. SAP Delivery & Integration Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including: SAP implementations Upgrades Rollouts Support enhancements S/4HANA migrations Module deployments (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.) Integration initiatives Support and manage integration points between ERP modules and legacy or third-party systems. Support resolution of Product Development Office (PDO) and Foundational Team dependencies in partnership with Product Managers. Project Planning & Execution Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers. Manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in a project management capacity. Demonstrated expert-level, daily hands-on use of JIRA, including: Board configuration Workflow automation JQL query development Dashboard creation Confluence integration Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
