Overview We are seeking a dynamic, expert Freelance Corporate Trainer to facilitate a 1-day, in-person workshop focused on AI Adoption and Digital Transformation strategy. The audience consists of business leaders and operations managers looking for actionable roadmaps to modernize their organizations.

In-Person, Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Duration:

1 Full Day (8 Hours).

Engagement:

Project-based / Freelance.

Target Date:

April, 2026. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-energy, interactive training on Generative AI, business automation, and digital strategy. Facilitate hands-on exercises, such as "Digital Maturity Audits" or "AI Use-Case Identification" sessions. Translate complex technical concepts (LLMs, Automation, Data Governance) into clear business ROI. Engage with participants to solve specific local business challenges during Q&A.

What We Are Looking For Proven Expertise:

3+ years in Digital Transformation, AI Consulting, or Corporate Training.

Communication:

Ability to command a room of executives and explain technical concepts without heavy jargon.

Materials:

(Optional but preferred) Ability to provide or customize training slides and workbooks.

Local Presence:

Must be able to commute to Farmington Hills, MI for the scheduled session.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with current 2026 AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude Requirements Portfolio or list of previous corporate training engagements. Exceptional presentation skills (a short intro video or clip of a past session is a plus). Case studies or real-world examples of successful digital transformations.
