- Technology Transformation Program Delivery
- Senior Manager Our practice helps organizations deliver complex, large-scale technology transformations that enable business strategy, improve performance, and manage risk.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively. Supporting business development through proposal development, POCs, estimates, client pursuits and executive presentations Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for o9 implementations, from blueprinting through go-live and stabilization Facilitate business and process design workshops, performing fit-gap analysis and translating requirements into o9-configurable solutions aligned to reference models. Own functional and architectural design, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with business value objectives Guide configuration and functional consultants through detailed design, sprint execution, and iterative solution closure. Design and oversee integration architecture, coordinating with technical architects, data teams, and client IT to integrate o9 with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Provide thought leadership and trusted-advisor support to client stakeholders, focusing on process improvement, adoption, and value realization Mentor junior architects and consultants and contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, best practices, and foster a high-performance delivery culture. Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The following attributes will make a significant impact: Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue. Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall. Strong leadership presence with experience managing large, distributed delivery teams. Solid understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and systems implementation lifecycles. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree); master's degree preferred. Typically, no less than 5- 7 years relevant experience.

Inventory Optimization Demonstrated experience in driving value and extensive knowledge in change management Ideally, you'll also have o9 platform certifications. Experience leading global or multi-workstream implementations. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
