full-time Technical Project Manager Summary We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level technical Project Manager with a strong background in technology delivery and a proven ability to lead complex IT initiatives. This individual will partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project execution, ensuring successful delivery of strategic business and technology objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of technology projects including software development, infrastructure deployments, security initiatives, SaaS implementations, and compliance programs. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project plans, workstreams, and deliverables. Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate. Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, status reporting, and resource coordination. Support a multi-year NIST security compliance program and ongoing network and storage infrastructure initiatives. Relieve technical teams of administrative project responsibilities by owning planning, reporting, communication, and budget tracking. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment to organizational goals and priorities. Requirements 5+ years of experience leading technology projects in software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related IT environments. Strong technology delivery background with hands-on experience managing software implementation and technical project execution. Demonstrated ability to work closely with IT teams and understand technical concepts, architectures, and delivery processes. Experience decomposing complex business requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables for technical teams. Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications, etc.). Experience managing infrastructure, security, compliance, Cloud, or enterprise software projects is highly desirable. This is a permanent opportunity with our MN client.
