Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

•Hybrid position with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:

$65.00

•$70.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery while incorporating Agile/Scrum practices to support effective team execution. This position is best suited for someone with a strong project management background who can also facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams maintain delivery momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables

Coordinate across business, technology, vendor, and stakeholder teams

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including s planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Track project and s progress andmunicate status to leadership and stakeholders

Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks

Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to establish priorities and maintain alignment

Support resource planning and coordination across multiple workstreams

Drive accountability and ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives Agile practices pragmatically based on the needs of the project and team

Primary Requirements:

5+ years of IT project management, Scrum Master, or related delivery experience

Strong project planning, organization, stakeholder management, andmunication skills

Experience working within Agile/Scrum technology environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams

Jira experience

Desired Skills:

Healthcare experience preferred

Scrum/Agile certification preferred but not required

One of the following certifications: Certified scrum master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe or LeSS

Jira Cloud
