Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is is seeking a Technical Program Coordinator to support our SaaS Engineering team through operational excellence, process coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing technical teams, driving follow-through on action items, maintaining operational documentation, and helping teams operate more effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams and SaaS platforms, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. While this is not a software engineering role, candidates should possess a foundational understanding of technology and be comfortable navigating modern SaaS tools and technical support processes. Responsibilities
  •  Coordinate team activities and workflows within Jira
  •  Facilitate team meetings, vendor forums, office hours, and quality improvement sessions
  •  Create agendas, capture meeting notes, track action items, and drive follow-up to completion
  •  Manage and maintain team documentation, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date
  •  Develop and maintain onboarding materials for new team members and suppliers
  •  Collect, analyze, and publish operational and performance metrics
  •  Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the team
  •  Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and stakeholders
  •  Provide light technical support and resolve assigned support tickets as needed

  •  5+ years of experience supporting technical, engineering, IT, or SaaS-focused teams
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, training events, or stakeholder forums
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, process workflows, and action item tracking
  •  Experience working in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments
  •  Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  •  Ability to work independently and proactively identify operational improvements
  •  Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new technologies
  •  Experience with Jira and Confluence
  •  Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
  •  Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
  •  Basic technical support or IT operations experience
  •  Experience with Airtable
  •  Previous experience in SaaS Operations, Technical Program Coordination, Technical Production, Service Delivery, or IT Operations
