Job Description

Job Summary:
The IT PMO Project Manager will lead the delivery of a Kinaxis Demand Planning (RapidResponse) implementation integrated with SAP ECC manufacturing systems. This role focuses on product-centric delivery, Agile execution, and enterprise platform implementation. The selected candidate will manage project execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with PMO governance, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis Demand Planning solutions, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Manage product delivery outcomes including roadmap execution, feature delivery, and operational readiness. Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse deployments supporting demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and scenario modeling. Oversee integration between Kinaxis and SAP ECC systems including demand signals, material master data, and manufacturing planning data. Coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain stakeholders, SAP teams, solution architects, and system integrators. Drive Agile and Scrum delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans. Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure mitigation and escalation when required. Provide regular delivery updates and reporting to executive leadership and PMO stakeholders. Ensure compliance with PMO governance, quality standards, and operational readiness requirements. Build strong relationships with business, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience implementing enterprise planning or supply chain platforms. Strong knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar Advanced Planning Systems (APS). Experience integrating enterprise platforms with SAP ECC in manufacturing environments. Experience managing complex enterprise projects with cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to manage delivery plans, roadmaps, backlogs, and RAID effectively.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Years of Experience:
7+ years of IT project or product delivery management experience within a PMO environment. Recent hands-on experience delivering enterprise planning or supply chain platforms within the last 5 years.
Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent required. PMP Certification Number and active dates must be provided with submission.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations. Product delivery or product management experience in enterprise IT environments. Experience working with system integrators and SaaS vendors. Familiarity with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience supporting supply chain planning processes including S&OP, demand forecasting, and scenario-based planning.
Additional Details:
Travel requirement up to 15-25% to Charlotte, NC for project workshops or key delivery events. Travel will be planned with advance notice.
