Job Description
Geotechnical Pursuit Manager -
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of proposals for heavy civil projects.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new project opportunities.
Oversee design engineering processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Manage project timelines and resources to achieve design milestones.
Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Excel for design documentation and estimates.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Geotechnical experience preferredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in civil design and business development.
Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and practices is preferred.
Experience in project management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design software, including Bluebeam and Excel.
Strong analytical and estimating skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
