All-inclusive on W2 12+ years of proven experience leading test management for large enterprise finance transformation programs, in SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4HANA upgrades. Strong understanding of the SAP testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, script development, execution, defect management, reporting, and sign-off. Experience partnering with business and technical teams, including functional consultants, developers, data teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across multiple work streams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready status reporting and test governance materials. Experience in banking, financial services, or finance transformation programs, with knowledge of accounting, project costing, budgeting, and financial reconciliation processes. Experience with SAP Project Systems and integrations with upstream tools such as Ariba, Clarity, Concur, or similar enterprise applications. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, ALM, or equivalent platforms. Familiarity with test automation strategy, regression optimization, and risk-based testing approaches. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
