We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent a decade figuring out how to make revenue systems actually work together, and you know the difference between a platform that looks good in a demo and one that sales teams actually use on a Tuesday morning. You understand that the hardest part of any GTM initiative is not the technology, it is getting process champions, Sales Ops, and IT to speak the same language and move in the same direction. You have lived in Salesforce, Anaplan, and Clari long enough to know where the bodies are buried. When someone says "we need better data quality in the customer master," you do not nod politely, you ask about governance, ownership, and what happens when a rep creates a duplicate account at 4pm on a Friday. You think in sprints but translate to stakeholders in outcomes. You can sit in a backlog grooming session in the morning and explain the same roadmap to a VP in two sentences after lunch without losing the thread. You do not wait for perfect alignment. You work with what you have, surface the gaps early, and keep things moving. At Synopsys, you will manage programs that directly affect how our revenue engine runs, and the systems you deliver will matter to the people who depend on them every day. What You'll Be Doing Manage end-to-end delivery of GTM platform projects and programs from the IT side, coordinating across Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, and emerging AI tools Handle intake, prioritization, and execution planning for initiatives spanning CPQ, campaign management, opportunity and lead management, and customer Master Data Management Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep cross-functional delivery teams aligned and on track Act as the bridge between GTM leadership, process champions, Sales Operations, and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans Maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and dependency maps, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders and leadership Lead MDM and customer master initiatives, ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency across the GTM technology stack Identify opportunities to automate manual work, improve processes, and integrate AI capabilities into GTM systems The Impact You Will Have Enable faster, more reliable delivery of GTM platform capabilities that directly support revenue growth and sales productivity Improve data quality and governance across the customer master, reducing duplicate records and improving reporting accuracy for GTM leadership Reduce friction between IT, Sales Ops, and business process owners by creating clear communication channels and shared delivery cadences Accelerate adoption of new GTM features and tools through coordinated change management and training efforts Surface risks, dependencies, and blockers early enough that leadership can make informed decisions before timelines slip Build repeatable agile delivery practices that make future GTM programs easier to plan and execute Help bring AI and automation capabilities into the GTM stack in ways that actually solve real problems for sales teams What You'll Need 10+ years of program or project management experience with a strong focus on GTM, sales, or revenue operations systems Hands-on experience managing initiatives on Salesforce, Anaplan, and Clari, including configuration, integration, and rollout work Working knowledge of GTM business functions including CPQ, campaign management, opportunity management, lead management, and Master Data Management Solid experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, including running sprints, managing backlogs, and facilitating ceremonies Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across IT, business process owners, GTM leadership, and Sales Operations teams Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing track of details Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications like PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus Who You Are You can explain a complex technical tradeoff to a GTM leader in two sentences without oversimplifying or losing the nuance You know when to push back on a vague requirement and when to move forward with what you have and refine as you go You are comfortable sitting in a technical sprint review and then walking into a business stakeholder meeting an hour later without switching personalities You treat program management as a service to delivery teams, not a reporting exercise, and you focus on removing blockers rather than tracking status for its own sake You have a point of view on what good looks like for GTM systems and you are willing to advocate for it even when it is easier to just say yes You stay organized across multiple moving pieces without becoming rigid, and you adjust plans when reality changes without losing sight of the goal The Team You'll Be Part Of Your recruiter will share more about the team structure and mission during the interview process. Rewards and Benefits We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
