- About your role:
- As a Technical Project Manager
- Sr Professional II, you will lead the structure, coordination, and execution of complex technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- What you'll do:
- + Lead end-to-end technical project management activities, including scope definition, project planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management + Coordinate cross-functional activities and communications across internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to support aligned execution + Establish project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision paths, escalation management, and communication plans + Monitor project health, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans to support successful delivery + Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and consolidated timelines + Facilitate stakeholder alignment by communicating project progress, changes in scope or schedule, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle + Serve as a primary project-level point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including participation in scheduled project meetings and reviews + Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
- Experience you'll need to have:
- + 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or consulting roles leading large-scale projects in a matrixed environment + 5+ years of experience building and managing project plans, governance frameworks, risk logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications + Experience using project management and business communication tools, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, or equivalent tools + Ability to manage third-party vendors, project deliverables, schedule changes, and project-level reporting across multiple workstreams + Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience •Experience that would be great to have:•+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification + Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or software industries + Experience working within a professional services organization + Experience supporting client implementations or enterprise delivery programs •How you'll work:•+ This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
Travel:
- This role require frequent travel (25%+).
