Job Summary Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC is seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Lead to drive innovative building information modeling (BIM) and digital project delivery strategies across complex construction projects. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring seamless integration of BIM tools and digital workflows to optimize project outcomes. As a key driver of digital transformation, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge BIM processes, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. Your passion for technology and construction will empower teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building designs that meet client expectations and industry standards. Muñoz Engineering is a multi-discipline engineering, design, land surveying and construction inspection firm with four decades of experience serving New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities Advanced-to-expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit on multidisciplinary AEC projects. Experience using scan-to-BIM workflows, ability to develop Revit models from existing conditions point clouds. Demonstrated experience creating and administering BIM standards, templates, family libraries, shared parameters, and project startup procedures. Strong knowledge of Revit work-sharing, linked-model management, shared coordinates, model performance, and troubleshooting. Advanced Navisworks Manage experience, including model federation, clash-test development, coordination reporting, and issue closeout. Strong understanding of survey coordinate systems and the integration of georeferenced CAD and point-cloud data into Revit. Experience developing or administering BIM execution plans and project-specific delivery requirements. Demonstrated model QA/QC experience. Experience training and mentoring Revit or BIM users. Ability to estimate BIM scope, labor, schedule, and technical risk. Experience with complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Requirements Approximately 7-12 years of relevant AEC, VDC, BIM, digital-delivery, or reality-capture experience. At least 5 years of substantial Revit production experience. Demonstrated responsibility for standards, project setup, model reviews, or BIM coordination. At least 2 years of training, mentoring, or technical leadership. Experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects. Experience with scan-derived or existing-condition modeling. Portfolio showing actual deliverables, coordination, standards, and problem-solving. Degree or technical diploma in architecture, engineering, construction technology, surveying, geomatics, drafting, or a related area or equivalent demonstrable experience. Pay:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
