This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role manages diverse financial, resource-related, and administrative functions for a very large,plex business unit. The ideal candidate will be primarily working on non-personnel expense forecasting, contract management, and governance processes. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area and working knowledge of generalpany policies, programs, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial control/budgeting and consolidation, contract management and governance, personnel processes, and auditpliance Coordinate projects, process improvement, andmunication Consult with senior management to define and manage projects that epass and impact many associates Handle non-personnel expense forecasting and contract management

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Excellentmunication, influencing and facilitation skills, including the ability to make effective presentations Must be analytical, organized and have the ability to managepeting priorities Strong interpersonal skills and extremely organized/excellent time management skills Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business Experience with Risk Management Desired skills: Financial Management Resource Management Collaboration Project Management Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Business Acumen Agile Practices Data Management Detail-oriented, highly analytical, able to connect the dots between processes/disciplines Pay range: $48.37 - $56.37 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
