As an IT Project Manager III, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting multiple project streams and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

IT Project Manager ( Oracle Financial + PMO leadership)

Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid-3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with possibility of extension/Conversion Only W2 What's the Job? Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams to ensure timely project execution. Facilitate dependency management, risk mitigation, and impediment removal for key deliverables. Promote effective communication and collaboration across organizations to support project completion and adherence to timelines. Gather and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and performance metrics. What's Needed? Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high attention to detail. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear reports. Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Experience with project management, change management, or PMO functions; knowledge of large-scale ERP systems is a plus. What's in it for me?
