Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale Networking Infrastructure and Technology projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing projects involving networks, data centers, routers, switches, cabling, and enterprise infrastructure deployments. Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and AI-driven project delivery is required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Networking Infrastructure project experience (LAN/WAN, routers, routers, Wi-Fi, data centers, structured cabling) ServiceNow SPM (PPM & Demand Management) Project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Vendor and stakeholder management Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Suite Experience delivering technology projects in large enterprise or construction/new-build environments AI tools and AI-enabled project management experience PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of networking and infrastructure projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate with engineering, business, and vendor teams. Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Utilize ServiceNow SPM for portfolio, project, and demand management. Apply AI tools to improve project efficiency and decision-making.
