Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead data technology projects from planning through delivery. This role combines project management, business analysis, and client relationship management to ensure solutions meet business objectives, timelines, scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with business stakeholders, data specialists, IT professionals, and development teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data technology and application implementation projects. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, data, IT, and software development. Track project progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments, considering costs, resources, and technical constraints. Apply data technology best practices and industry standards to project planning and delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Gather client feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Facilitate collaboration between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably involving data applications or technology solutions. Strong project planning, execution, resource management, and risk management skills. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Strong understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation. Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build lasting client relationships. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Project management experience in the financial services industry.
