Customer We focus on our customers' success Innovation We create better solutions Collaboration We create success together Inclusion We always interact with others respectfully Candor We are open and honest with one another Integrity We do the right things and do things right The primary purpose of this job is responsibility for end-to-end management and execution of projects with accountability for the success of the project including completing the project within budget and on time, meeting key performance objectives, managing issues to resolution, managing project and scope changes effectively, and ensuring that the work completed adheres to all company and department standards. Owns department processes required for successful project delivery and continuous project management methodology, demand management, resource planning, issues management, escalations, etc.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Project Administration - Initiates, plans, executes, and closes projects according to department project management methodology. Ensures all project deliverables and requirements are met. Develops, manages, and tracks project plans and completion activities; leads project meetings, provides status reporting, executes project communication plans, proactively manages issues, manages cross-functional team to successful deliver project objectives. Projects successfully achieve the benefits and business case expected and complete on-time and on-budget and to defined success criteria Project Management Methodology -Defines and implements department project management methodology. Methodology brings a consistent, repeatable process based on best practices. The methodology should minimally include project tollgates and deliverables, communication plans, and bring business visibility to initiatives. Issues tracking and management, risk management, and escalation practices are defined and effective. Project tollgates are effectively governed for deliverables and readiness. Project Management Office (PMO) - Key processes and reporting are established to archive enterprise project execution. Additional processes are defined and implemented as required such as Demand Management, Resource Planning, Project Manager Scorecards, Project Returns etc. IT Project performance is measured, communicated, and shared with business leaders and executive management as needed. KPIs and metrics are defined, measured, and tracked. Planning is completed in alignment with the business needs. Annual project roadmaps are aligned and agreed upon with business, and updated for progress throughout the year. May manage all processes and tools used for the PMO office to ensure Project Managers are consistent and concise in methodologies and reporting measures. Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field of study required. Master's Degree preferred. PMI Certification preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in information technology with a minimum of 2-3 years involving direct supervision of IT associates or IT project management capacity.

Special Skills:
Technical Competencies in a broad range of data center technologies (servers, storage), network, applications, desktop is desired, from among the following: Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management required (e.g., PMI Certified) Expert in the use of project management tools such as MS Project, MS Project Server, etc. Knowledge of networking, applications, database, voice and data communications Working understanding of ITSM frameworks. Working understanding of general business operations including sales, finance, operations, and purchasing Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
Specialized Knowledge:
Proficient management and leadership skills and competencies Effective investment and financial management skills and ability to apply concepts to establish and meet goals Effective business consulting skills including ability to establish rapport with key business leaders to collaborate and influence. Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business. Understanding of how technology affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes In-depth knowledge of large-scale, global project implementations Highly proficient oral and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities Team building, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills Knowledge of SDLC or ERP implementation methodologies. Ability to manage at both a broad and tactical level Ability to manage key performance indicators identifying appropriate metrics and manage performance to agreed-upon service levels
IT Project Manager Salary:
$108,750- $159,500 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off. U.S.
